The strapping tape is based on a medium-duty tensilized polypropylene backing, in combination with a natural rubber adhesive system. The tape is very strong and has low elongation. tesa® 4298 is compatible with high and low temperatures, as well as a resistant against environmental stress. Handling and application of the strapping tape is convenient due to residue- and stain-free removability.
