Product Description

tesa® 4173 tape is frequently used for bundling of cables in the passenger compartment of vehicles. The heat-resistant tape is able to withstand temperatures from -25°C to 105°C. The tape is abrasion-resistant, weather-stable, solvent-, cadmium-, and lead-free. tesa® 4173 tape is comprised of a plasticized polyvinylchloride film backing and an acrylic adhesive. The water-born acrylate mass enables reduced outgazing of volatile organic compounds and exhibits good adhesion to polar surfaces. Meanwhile, the durable PVC backing makes overlapping wrapping possible. To facilitate convenient usage, the tape is easy to unwind and can be torn by hand.
