tesa® 6068 is a fully-automatic dispenser with preset length, piece control and photo sensor cutter. It is universally applicable for nearly all kinds of tesa® self-adhesive tapes up to 60 mm width, particularly TPP-, filaments- and cloth-tapes. This dispener has a digital display, a storage of the preset length and a counter for the number of cut pieces. This dispenser can be used for s/s as well as d/s-tapes including liner up to approximately 1,5mm thickness. In case of dispensing d/s-tapes, the liner needs to be manually removed afterwards.

Application Fields

- Release the roller lock lever and put the tesa® tape into the adjustable tape holder. Feed the tape by using the FORWARD button and fix it afterwards with the hold down roller unit and the tape holder. The desired tape length is set by the SET A- and SET B- button in a range from 5 to 999 mm. The desired number of pieces is set by the SELECT button. Press the START button to deliver the tape.
